Q. Is it expensive to charter a helicopter?
A. Costs will vary according to distance and also the type of aircraft chartered. i.e. Single or Twin engine. Both are within the scope of most business budgets and also consideration should be given to the fact that up to 5 passengers may travel in total; therefore cutting the cost overall for pleasure or special occasion charters.

Q. Can the helicopter land anywhere?
A. No. Every endeavour will be made to land as near as is possible to the requested area keeping the safety of the passengers first and foremost. However certain legal requirements may have to be taken into consideration with regard to size and suitability of the preferred landing site. Generally landings other than at an airfield are only subject to the land owner’s permission.

But even these helicopters have limitations and also require the pilot to be rated to fly in such conditions.
